Time trials for entry into National events will be held for the 800m and 1500m freestyle at Coventry Sports Centre on Sunday 7th February 2010.

1500m - Warm up at 09.30 Start at 10.00
800m - Warm up at 11.45 Start at 12.15
Withdrawals must be advised by email (julia.betteley@coventry-swimming.org.uk) by 6pm Saturday 6th February. After that by text (0777 303 4903 ) up to one hour before the gala starts. Failure to notify a withdrawal for no good reason will result in £20 penalty levied on the club.
